How do I pick up my tickets for the show?
When you arrive on your show date, visit the box office to check-in under the ticket holder’s last name. You will be seated at your table.
Do you serve food and drinks?
UpFront offers a full bar and menu powered by Shadowbox Live. Service begins one hour prior to the show. If you would like to purchase food and drinks, please know it is only available up to 30 minutes prior to showtime – come early to eat!
Items are ordered and purchased through a mobile app, accessed with a tableside QR code. If you need assistance with ordering, our management team will assist you.
Where do I park for evening and weekend shows?
GARAGE (Blenkner St, between S. High and S. Front Sts)
Enter the garage via S. High St by turning west onto Blenkner. Enter the garage on the right.
YOU WILL PAY WHEN YOU EXIT. Cash or credit/debit is accepted.
SURFACE LOT #1 (Liberty St, directly behind Shadowbox Live)
Travel on S. Front St and turn west onto Liberty St. Enter the lot on the right.
Rates range from $3 – $5, depending on the day and time. Cash or credit/debit is accepted. If there is no attendant, use the auto pay box in the NW corner of the lot.
This lot is NOT available for weekday matinee parking.
SURFACE LOT #2 (Liberty St, one block west of Shadowbox Live)
Head west on Liberty St, travel one block to enter the lot on the left.
Rates range from $2 – $5. Cash or credit/debit is accepted via auto pay stands at the NE or NW corners of the lot.
This lot is NOT available for weekday matinee parking.
PARKING METERS
Meters are available along Front, Liberty, Hoster, and Beck Streets. Meters run for a maximum of 3 hours (till 10p), and accept credit cards or coins.
